A 30 Day Notice to Cancel or Reschedule an Event is Required or the Full Cost of the Event Will be Charged.
- All guests must fill out a waiver upon arrival; otherwise, they will not be allowed on property.
- All events require a 18% service fee. This is not a tip. Our service charge covers time planning, setting up, cleaning during and after your party and disposal of your trash.
- Valet parking is not included in the price of your package.
- Remaining balance is due in full at the end of your party. No exceptions.
- A Bartender is required if serving alcohol.
- Must give final guest count and vendor list two weeks prior to your event date.
- A responsible adult must accompany each child.
- No Dj's is allowed and music must be kept at a respectful volume.
- Four Vendor Limit. There Will Be Additional $150 Charge Per Vendor Exceeding The Four.
- All vendors you hire must have insurance and provide us a COI prior to event date.
